PRACTICE!
You must practice! If you miss practice with your regular coach (like, say, your name is Kayla or Seb and you didn't come to duo practice yesterday), you can sign up for practice with me. I have Thursday available!!!!! Come see me to sign up. All are welcome, just make sure you sign up and show up.
