Sad news...

Eagan changed their mind about offering impromptu. They had it on the postcard they mailed out a month ago, but when I went to register us, it wasn't an option. So, I emailed their head coach to find out, and they decided just not to offer it. So, boo. No impromptu for you. I don't know if any other tournaments are going to have it this year, either. Bummer.
